Joe Meadows Womack, 75, of Killen, passed away April 7, 2017, at his residence. He was a member of New Hope Baptist Church in Elgin, AL, and retired from Reynolds Metals as a truck driver. He served in the U. S. Army. Mr. Womack was also a former Congressional Page for President Dwight Eisenhower.
Survivors include:

Sons: Bradley Womack (Misty)
Michael Womack (Sherry)
Daughters: Christina Nichols (Ray)
Tammy Putman (Wade)
Sisters: Daisy Hobbs
Sandra Malone

Parents: Joe Frances Womack and Betty Jo Meadows Womack

Visitation will be Sunday, April 9, from 1:00-3:00pm at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 3:00pm with Bro. Chris Joiner officiating.
Greenhill Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
