My deepest sympathies to all the family.I wasnt blessed to have met all of you but through Rex's stories I feel I know yall.. He loved hard and unconditionally thats what I loved most about him besides his willingness to help anyone that was in need. Be proud his blood runs through your veins for you know you have been raised loved and touched by one of the best men I know . God speed and God bless prayers for your hearts to heal quickly.

So sorry to hear of Rex's passing. He was such a great neighbor and friend to my Pop. Truly enjoyed all the times I got to spend with him. Sorry I didn't attend his funeral but just found out tonight, otherwise I would have come to pay my respects. My deepest sympathy.

Margie, Dana, Mike, Anthony, sons and grandsons....I am truly sorry for your loss of this precious person in your life. I haven't seen Rex in a while, guess that's what happens when you get out of school, before you know it..many years have passed. My fondest memories were when we were like before driving age, spending the night with a dear friend in the subdivision and all of us having a good time. As we grew older I appreciated even more those rare qualities that Rex had. His kindness, caring ways, tender heart, I could go on...that smile...it would brighten anybody's day. He was just a lifelong friend, I just took it for granted he would be around somewhere forever. Im so sorry for the loss of my sweet dear friend Rex, still having a hard time comprehending this, he will greatly be missed by everyone he came in contact with, amd especially me, after my separation, he never turned his back on me amd was a good friend to me while many others that i thought were friends did.
