Catherine Ailene Etheredge, 72, of Iron City, TN, passed away January 4, 2011, at ECM Hospital in Florence, AL. She was a homemaker, co-owner of Iron City Stamping Co., and of the Church of Christ faith.

Chasity Bromley and husband Michael - Iron City
Charles Heatherly - Loretto
Nancy Bretherick - Iron City
Michael Bretherick - St. Joseph
Nicole Brann - Charlotte, NC
Chad Etheredge - Florence
Ben Etheredge - Florence
Great Grandchildren: Peyton Heatherly, Anna Heatherly, Mikey Bromley, Maggie Rhodes, and C.J. Heatherly.
Preceded in death by:
Son: Charles G. Etheredge, Jr.
Sisters: Gladys Randolph, Clata Lee Randolph, and Lois Ellen Collier
Brothers: Lewis Collier and John Collier
Parents: Harvey and Nancy Collier
Visitation will be Thursday, January 6, from 5:00-8:00pm at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Friday, January 7, at 1:00pm at the funeral home with Bro. Alvin Alston and Tim Hanback officiating. Burial will be in Loretto Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Rodney Heatherly, Charles Ernest Heatherly, Michael Bretherick, Chad Etheredge, Ben Etheredge, Marvin Montgomery, and Michael Bromley.
Greenhill Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
