Mary Ernestine “Ernie” Springer, 76, of Lexington, AL, passed away April 15, 2026, at her residence. She was a secretary for Vocational Rehabilitation Services in Muscle Shoals and a member of Center Hill Church of Christ. Survivors include: Husband: Wayne Springer Grandchildren: Paige Robinson (Slater), Kalee Balentine, & Bodey Springer Brother: Junior Perryman (Shirley) Sisters: Sophronia Burney, Ann Brooks(Ernie), Carolyn Richardson(Gene), & Sherry Harrison Mother-in-law: Opal English Numerous Nieces & Nephews Preceded in death by: Parents: Ernest Perryman & Mary Richardson Perryman Son: Barry Springer Daughter: Sondra Springer Visitation will be Sunday, April 19, 2026, from 1:00 – 3:00pm, at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 3:00pm, in the funeral home chapel, with Bro. Greg Dial officiating. Burial will be at Center Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Robby Richardson, Phillip Burney, Adam Richardson, Owen Bogus, Tate Richardson & Slater Robinson. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Florence Animal Shelter.
