James Larry Brewer, 75, of Sheffield, AL, passed away March 12, 2026 at Mitchell Hollingworth Nursing Home. Larry is survived by: Sisters: Amy Weems (Jerry), Brenda Krieger (Richard), and Sue Kimbrough (Neil) Nephews: Colt Weems (Anna), Kyle Weems (Katie), Caden Weems, Tyler Krieger (Kristi), and James Ray Kimbrough Nieces: MacKenzie Broussard (Issac), Alexandria Olive (Jeremy), Stephanie Weatherford (Chase), and Wendy Farmer Sister-In-Law: Sandra Brewer Several Great-nephews and Great-nieces He was preceded in death by: Father: Buford Clifford Brewer Mother: Reba Earline Keeton Brewer Stepmother: Evie Irene Brewer Brothers: Cecil Clifford Brewer and Donald Ray Brewer Nephew: Tony Brewer Visitation will be Sunday, March 15, 2026 from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 3:00 P.M. in the funeral home chapel with Neil Kimbrough and Michael Stamps officiating. Burial will be in Center Hill Church of Christ Cemetery.
