To Bruce and the family ,
I was shocked to see the post today on LinkedIn. My condolences to the family. It was a join to work with Kim at Perot Systems and Dell services for 14 years. She helped me to learn and troubleshoot our customers connections. Kim was so gentle, helpful, kind, sweet, and understanding as I would bring questions to her. Kim was helpful to all who seek her assistance. I can't say enough about her knowledge, kindness and support. She will be greatly missed and I know the Lord has another angel.

I was absolutely shocked to hear of Kim's passing and I extend my deepest condolences to the family. I worked with Kim for many years at NTT Data. She was kind and patient with me, teaching me how to work within our tools and helping me solve problems. She was always a stalwart source of information but never had a harsh word even when I asked the same question more than once. When I was traveling through AL for personal business in April I made a point to catch up with Kim for lunch.I wanted meet her in person and show my appreciation for how much she helped me over the years, but she wouldn't even let me pay for lunch! I think about Kim on a daily basis when I log into my tools knowing that she'll be there with me in spirit. Fair winds and following seas, my friend.

When I was called to tell on Thursday that Kim had passed, I froze — it was as if someone had pressed pause on the world. Kim wasn't just a co-worker, she was one of the finest mentors any SE rookie could have asked for. Working with her was never boring (how could it be, when the snoring of her Doberman frequently contributed background music to our discussions, and her African Gray added its own commentary?). If I’m being honest with you, most of our “work conversations” were really just discussions about pets and motorcycles, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Just the other day, she was training her new pet to work those little message buttons — and on Kim’s watch, that bird would be managing the household by now. She possessed that exquisite combination of funny, brilliant and fair. Whether talking “The Lincoln Lawyer,” breaking down jury duty or comparing outlaw motorcycle gangs (real vs. robotic), she always brought thinking and giggles to each subject. And her emails — long enough to make the average novelist proud — were evidence of how much she cared about doing things the right way. Kim was unique — smart, good and always willing to lend a hand without prejudice or hesitation. The world seems a bit quieter without her — and not just because the Doberman at last stopped snoring on our calls.
With love and sympathy,
Vinay

I am saddened and shocked as we all are to hear of Kim's passing. My daughters Stefanie and Melissa knew Kim through me, Jerry and Bonnie and was always greeted with kindness by her and her husband Bruce. I knew Kim for a very long-time starting way back in our days at a PSC data center in Richardson, Tx going back 35 years. Kim was a very pleasant person to be around and was kind to everyone she met. It is with great sadness to hear of her passing, but also of great solace to know she is with our Lord in Heaven. May the Lord bless Bruce, Bonnie and Jerry in their grief.

I had the privilege of working with Kim for a brief but deeply meaningful period of two years. Though our time together was short, it was filled with grace, learning, and inspiration. Kim was not just a colleague—she was a mentor whose wisdom and warmth left a lasting impact on me.
Her presence brought strength and positivity to our team, and losing her is a profound loss. My heart is full of respect for the person she was and the legacy she leaves behind. I extend my deepest condolences to her family during this difficult time, and find comfort in the love she shared and the lives she touched.

It’s very hard to believe that Kim is no longer with us. I was lucky to work with her for almost four years at NTT Data. She was not just a senior colleague but a very kind, humble, and helpful person who always treated everyone with respect.
Kim always guided me with patience and encouraged me through her kind words and feedback. I still remember how she appreciated my efforts and supported me whenever I needed help. Her way of working and the positivity she brought to the team will always inspire me.
She was full of warmth, always smiling, and made the workplace feel like a friendly place.
Kim will always be remembered for her kindness, professionalism, and caring nature. My heartfelt condolences to her family and loved ones. May her soul rest in peace.

I am a colleague of Kim who joined her team in late 2022 and both of us were handling similar responsibilities.
I knew Kim right from 2011 when I was part of a different team (under then Dell international services) and we had worked together where she was providing subject matter expertise on service management processes and tool configurations. She was articulate, warm and was always willing to share her knowledge. I remember her having a pet parrot at that time (who used to remind her of feeding times interrupting our calls!)
Cut to 2022 when I moved roles within the organization to be part of her own team, I was delighted to know that she is going to be a colleague. She had not changed one bit. In fact, she was the one who mentored me and brought me up to speed on my new role. She was just a ping away to always provide insights or clear road blocks whenever I was asked a question that I did not know the answer for or encountered a tricky challenge.
It was a rude shock when the news came to me on 23rd. How fickle could life be?!
I always considered Kim more than a colleague; She was like an elder sibling and a well wisher. In the past three years, I was the one who had worked closely with her and that makes her absence feel like a void that could never be filled.
Her selfless giving nature , leadership qualities and cheerful self (coupled with her unparalleled technical expertise and skills) -What an inspiration she was! If ever I could be half as good as her I would be very proud of myself..
Farewell Kim. Thank you for everything you did to me to become a better version of myself - technically, process wise or personally.
To Kim's family (and friends): Your daughter/wife/cousin/friend was one of the finest persons I have met in my life. She will continue to live in memory especially to those who have benefited from her kindness and always giving nature. I pray for the peace and consolation of the family during these difficult times. God bless you all!
Warm regards,
Clement Daniels - colleague (NTT Data)

Kim was very kind hearted person and use to speak with full grace, use to welcome in meetings with very joyful and happy mood.
My birthday was on 22nd October and Kim use to send Birthday greetings , Last year she forgot to send in advance and she apologies as well which was absolutely ok for me with no issues , but this year I thought she might have forgotten and was about to complain(as just leg pulling nothing serious) that Kim you forgotten my birthday again.
But who knows that next immediate day it might be last day for her on this earth.
So it was very much shocking when Paul told about the news, couldn't digest it easily.
God may give her soul Rest in Peace and give strength to complete family.

It is with heavy hearts that we mourn the loss of Kim, whose kindness and spirit touched everyone fortunate enough to have known her. Kim was truly a friend first, a colleague second, and her absence leaves a profound void among all of us who knew her at NTT Data.
Kim’s passion for her work, her unwavering reliability, and her genuine trustworthiness made her not only respected but deeply cherished. She brought warmth and dedication to every project, and her effectiveness inspired those around her to strive for excellence.
We were privileged to share in Kim’s remarkable journey—a career spanning 35 years across Perot Systems, Dell Services, and NTT Data. Her legacy is woven into the fabric of our teams and our memories, and her impact will be felt for years to come.
The news of Kim’s passing has deeply saddened her colleagues and friends. She will be a great loss to many, and we grieve together as a community that was made better by her presence.
Our thoughts and prayers are with her husband Bruce, and her parents Jerry and Bonnie, as well as her extended family. May you find comfort in knowing how much Kim was loved and admired, and how her spirit will continue to inspire all who knew her.
Kim’s warmth, laughter, and friendship will be remembered always.

Sister such an easy word to say but to show it means so much more. A sister is someone you know will be there. Who you can talk to and trust with your life. Splat was the true definition of all these things and so much more. Your smile will never be forgotten.

I knew Kimberly as Splat in BACA. She was easy to love and her smile and demeanor created a warm and caring atmosphere for everyone. I trusted her fully riding behind her and followed her line with no reservation. She saved us both when she dodged a ladder in the road and that meant I did too. Bruce and Kimberly were an example of true love and commitment to each other. What so many wish they had. She was kind and would do anything to help without hesitation, and seemed to carry everything one might need for emergencies. Her compassion was genuine and I never once heard her complain. Till we meet again in heaven, I will miss you my sister.
