Randy was born in Clarksville, TN, to Cecil and Marilyn Davis.
Randy graduated from Shelbyville Central High school where he met the love of his life, Anita Wilson. At the age of 17, Randy enlisted in the Army National Guard and would go on to serve in Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) II. He saw it as a great honor to serve our country and protect our freedoms. His unit received the Meritorious Unit Citation award.
Always the entrepreneur, Randy had multiple successful, self-owned businesses, as a mechanic and provided build & repair services for pretty much anything. Randy later worked for the Everglades National Park. Randy always had an uncanny relationship with animals and loved to fish and hunt, but most of all, Randy loved his family. He never missed an opportunity to make you laugh or share Jesus with you.
Randy is survived by his wife of 44 years Anita, their two Sons, Cliff Davis (Amanda), and Clay Davis (Sarah), grandson, Corban Davis, and granddaughter, Callie Davis, Sister, Amy Davis, and brothers, Scott Davis (Brenda), and Johnny Davis, mother-in-law, Carolene Wilson, along with many sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews. Randy was a friend to everyone he met and left a lasting impact on many lives.
He is preceded in death by his father, Cecil Davis, mother, Marilyn Davis, father-in-law, Robert Wilson, nephews, Jacob Davis and Kevin Ray and a sweet grandbaby.
