Melba was a true friend and kind, wonderful neighbor. I cherish the many wonderful memories I have of visiting, watching her and Charles ride off in their car with her sitting right up beside him, riding with her to see her family, watching her wonderful children when they were young. She made my prom dress when I was a junior in high school, and it fit perfectly and was so pretty. She was a jewel and has shown her light of Christ in so many ways to me and my family. I loved her dearly and love her precious family. She will be missed. Am praying for you all for strength and courage to get through the next few days, weeks and years without her. May God bless you all

Dear Cabler family, I'm sorry to read of your loved one's passing, and may all find comfort in our Lord's word during this time of sadness. In John 11:23-26, “Jesus said to her, “Your brother will rise again.” Martha said to him, “I know that he will rise again in the resurrection on the last day.” Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, shall live. And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?” The above scripture is a wonderful promise from our Lord Jesus, and those who have passed on are now in the care of our Lord God, who has shown his love for us through his Beloved Son. God's continued blessings be upon you all; your loved one's reward is waiting.
