Nellie Ann Williams Urban, 94, of Loretto, TN, passed away at her home on July 11, 2025 surrounded by her family. Nellie was a retired Seamstress and a member of Leoma Church of Christ.
Nellie is survived by:
Sons: Hershel Wayne Urban (Beverly) of Five Points, TN & Dennis Keith Urban (Heather) of Loretto, TN
Grandchildren: Leslie, Daniel, Sarah, Lydia, Bailey, & Gage
Great-Grandchildren: Melody, McKenzie, Madison, Emma, Thomas, Brodie, Sadie, and Abigail
Daughter-In-Law: Joan Urban of Florence, AL
Several Nieces and Nephews
She was preceded in death by:
Parents: Lonas Hubert Williams and Alice Aline Flatt Williams
Husband: Herschel “Dock” Urban
Son: Gaylon Urban
Brothers: George W. Williams
Sisters: Reba I. Loyd, Carrie W. Martinez, Rosa N. Gordon, Alice F. Quillen, and Betty A. Bradley
Visitation will be Monday, July 14, 2025 from 11:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M. at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 P.M. in the chapel with Rodney Livingston and Todd Carter officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Jeff Allen, Jeff McIntyre, Daniel Urban, Ryan Krick, Mike Davis, and Matt Perry.
The family would like to especially thank Volunteer Hospice for their care and support during Nellie’s illness.
