Miley Clinton McMurtrey, 92, of Florence, AL, passed away December 6, 2020 at Lauderdale Christian Nursing Home. Miley was a retired self-employed carpenter and a member of Stutts Road Church of Christ.
Mr. McMurtrey is survived by:
Son: Randy McMurtrey
Daughter: Gail Weaver
Sisters: Mary Ruth Moore & Doris Clanton
Grandchildren: Eric Miles (Sarah), Dan Miles (Millie), and Miranda Haddock (Anthony)
Great-grandchildren: Jaeger McDonald, Elizabeth Miles, Andrew Miles, Ana Miles, Rainer Miles, Sullivan Haddock, and Lincoln Haddock
He was preceded in death by:
Wife: Louise Robertson McMurtrey
Parents: Floyd Esacar McMurtrey & Mamie Nora Butler McMurtrey
Sister: Hazel Phillips
The visitation and funeral service will be private.
