Obituary of Doreen "Sam" Karen Graham

~~Doreen Karen “Sam” Graham, 67, of Killen, AL, passed away October 5, 2017 after an extended illness at ECM Hospital. Mrs. Graham was a native of Boston, MA and was a homemaker and CEO of her family.

 Mrs. Graham is survived by:

  Sons: Robert Eric Graham (Meghan)
  Daughter: Leah Charise Taylor (Dwayne)
  Brother: Nelson Slayton, Jr.
  Sisters:   Diane Slayton
   Sharon Cummings
  Grandchildren: Samantha J. Guthrie, Dylan Taylor, Hunter Graham, and Garrett Taylor
  Best Friend: Renee Ragsdale
  Mother-in-Law: Mary Louise Graham
  Sister-in-Law: Kathleen Ward

 She was preceded in death by parents Nelson B. Slayton and Annette Slayton, and brother Wayne Slayton.

 There will be a Celebration of Life for Sam at 450 CR 345, Florence, AL, on Saturday, October 7, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to your local Humane Society in her name.
