Loretta Martha Kerstiens, 77, of Loretto, TN, passed away Wednesday, July 15, 2009 at her residence after an extended illness. She was a native of Loretto, TN, a housewife and a member of Loretto Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
Survivors include: Husband: Albert F. Kerstiens of Loretto; Sons: Thomas E. Kerstiens (Kathy) of Killen, AL; Stephen J. Kerstiens of Augusta, GA; Anthony J. Kerstiens (Carmen) of El Paso, TX; Bernard L. Kerstiens (Theresa) - Madison, AL; Albert W. Kerstiens (Donna) of Summertown, TN; Daughters: Mary Frances Armstrong (Jerry) of Corryton, TN; Theresa J. Cottrell (Gary) of Knoxville, TN; Brothers: Morris J. Augustin of Kyoto, Japan; Royce M Augustin of Lawrenceburg, TN; Clarence E. Augustin of St. Joseph, TN; Sister: Junetta Hoover of Jonesboro, GA; Daughter-in-Law: Donna Marks - Loretto, TN; and (20) Grandchildren.
Preceded in death by: Parents: Edward Marion Augustin and Lena Beckman Augustin; Son: Jerome P. Kerstiens; Brother: Paul M. Augustin.
The funeral service will be Saturday, July 18, 2009, at 10:00am at Loretto Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Rev. Joseph Mundakal and Deacon Sam Beckman officiating. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Loretto, TN. Visitation will be Friday, July 17, 2009 at Greenhill Funeral Home from 5:00-9:00pm. A Rosary will be at 7:00pm.
