Evelyn Jeanette Cook, 67, of Smyrna, GA and Florence, AL, died at her residence in Florence on May 14, 2009. She was a member of the Church of Christ and retired from Delta Airlines.
Survivors include: Husband: Donald E. Cook Daughter: Jennifer Dickerson Brother: Cecil Bailey, Jr. Sisters: Betty Rhodes and Sue Barlow Grandchildren: Bratton and Sydney Mother: Myrtle Bailey Preceded in death by: Father: Cecil Bailey
Visitation will be Saturday, May 16, 2009, from 2:00-3:00pm at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 3:00pm at the funeral home with Bro. Jon West and Bro. Joel Caudle officiating. Burial will be in Atlas Cemetery.
There will be a Memorial Service on Monday, May 18, 2009 at the South Cobb Church of Christ, 1776 Clay Road, Austell, GA. at 3:00pm.
Pallbearers: Randy Blake, Larkin Rhodes, Dave James, Glen Walton, Mitch Hatzo, Andy Zumbrum, Aron Dickerson, and Michael Clemons.
