Della Mae Hunt Blanton, 88, of Killen, AL, passed away December 28, 2017 at Lauderdale Christian Nursing Home. Mrs. Blanton was a homemaker and a member of Peppertown Freewill Baptist Church.

 

                Mrs. Blanton is survived by:

 

                                Daughter: Deborah Blanton and husband Robert Biedron

                                Brother: Leonard Hunt and wife Melba

                                Grandson: Daniel Biedron

 

                She was preceded in death by husband Robert C. Blanton and by parents George Washington Hunt and Flossie Mae Tate Hunt.

 

                Visitation will be Saturday, December 30, 2017 from 11:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. at Nebo Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Lexington, AL. The funeral service will follow in the church at 12:00 P.M. with Clayton Bunn officiating. Burial will be in Nebo Cemetery.

 

                Greenhill Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
