Obituary of Cary Vandiver

     Cary Ronald Vandiver, 54, passed away September 24, 2017, at his home after an extended illness. Mr. Vandiver was a Welder and Electrician at Insite Solutions. He was a member of the Baptist faith.

     Mr. Vandiver is survived by:

          Wife: Peggy Killen Vandiver

          Son: Tyler

          Parents: J.C. Vandiver and Wanda Hatton Vandiver

          Brother: Vandy Vandiver (Janet)

          Sister: Kandi Simpson (Mark)

     Visitation will be Tuesday, September 26, 2017 from 12-2:00 P.M. at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will be graveside at Richardson Chapel Cemetery at 2:30 P.M. with Cory Cochran officiating.

     Pallbearers will be Tommy Killen, Marty Holt, Jeff Hubbard, Mark Simpson, Tony Foster, and Jackie Killen.

     Honorary pallbearers will be Tommy Hatton and Greg Frey.

     Cary fought a courageous four year battle with cancer. The family would like to send a special thanks to the Amedisys Hospice caregivers, especially Kristen and Amber.

     Greenhill Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
