Camilla Jean Stutts Newton, 64, of Rogersville, AL, passed away April 8, 2017, at ECM Hospital. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church in Lexington. Survivors include: Son: David Newton, Jr. (Paula) – Lexington, AL Daughter: Dawn Newton – Lexington, AL Brother: Jeff Stutts (Teresa) – Florence, AL (8) Grandchildren Preceded in death by: Parents: William John Henry Stutts & Virginia Miller Stutts Visitation will be Tuesday, April 11, from 5:00-8:00pm at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Wednesday, April 12, at 2:00pm at Greenhill Funeral Home with Rev. Phil Springer & Bro. Jeff Cruse officiating. Burial will follow in Pettus Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Danny Canerday, Tim Canerday, Jonathan Davis, Alan Gist, Tommy Parrish, Keith Hunt, Patrick Hunt & Travis Clemmons. Honorary pallbearers will be: Jake Harding, Asa Belew & John David Belew. The family would like to send a special thanks to Lizz Johnson for all her love and support all these years. Greenhill Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
